30 DAYS FREE Return & Exchange Policy

We understand you may change your mind after the purchase, no worry, we got it. Once receive it, if you were not happy with it, or you wanted to change other item(s), please return to us in their original conditions with 30 DAYS of purchase and we will proceed your requests.

U.K Domestic:

We will pay the return shipping fee for each customer for any reasons of return. Just contact us with your order information (order reference/product information) and we will send you a pre-paid envelop for the return. Our email is: infor@zecheap.com

 

Other Countries:

. The customers could send the bags to our US warehouse with their original status, then full refund will be issued. Please contact our staff for US warehouse address: infor@zecheap.com

Or 

. If the customers would like to provide a pre-paid shipping label, there will be 25USD charge deducted from the full refund. Please contact our staff for US for the arrangement: infor@zecheap.com

 

. Any unpaid parcels may not be accepted by the warehouse and cause the return & refund unsuccessful. Please contact our customers’ service at: infor@zecheap.com, stating the order reference and the returned items information. Our customers’ service will instruct the returning process to you.

 

Notes:

. Please allow 14 working days to proceed with your refund once we receive your return parcels with goods in original conditions.

. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.   

. The original tax & shipping cost (if any) is not refundable.

. Please note the complimentary personalised bag tag is non-refundable, we will deduct 13.9GBP if your order come with the personalised bag tag.

. For exchange of new items, if the price is different as the original one, you may need to pay the difference (or if the new price is lower than the original one, we will refund the difference). Please note that, we will only send the new item (s) once we receive the returned item (s)
